Returns are only accepted for products that are received damaged, defective, or incorrect. Customers must notify SSD Chem Lab within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a return. Returned items must remain unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Certain products cannot be returned for safety and regulatory reasons. These include opened or used items, products damaged after delivery, and items identified as non-returnable at the time of purchase. Products requiring specialized handling or storage are also excluded from returns.

Once a return request is approved and the product has been inspected, eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment system used. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, customers should contact our support team immediately. Please provide the order number, a description of the issue, and supporting images where applicable. We will assess the situation and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Orders may be canceled only before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.
